MCGRAW, N.Y. — A man from McGraw was arrested Saturday for allegedly exposing himself to a child and other visitors at a local park.
Officers from the Cortland County Sheriff’s Office responded to a disorderly conduct complaint at McGraw Park, located at 15 Clinton Street, at about 4:55 p.m. Upon their arrival, they discovered 38-year-old Timothy Field sitting in the park, where he reportedly exposed his genitalia to multiple individuals, including a child.
Field was taken into custody and charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a Class A misdemeanor, as well as Public Lewdness, a Class B misdemeanor.
Following processing and arraignment at the Cortland County Sheriff’s Office, he was released on his own recognizance and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Cortlandville Court on October 2.
