New York State Police say that the deaths of two men found on August 10 are the result of a homicide and suicide.
According to authorities, Matthew J. Lott fatally shot Scott E. Cleary before taking his own life. Cleary’s body was discovered inside his residence at 257 Parsons Road, while Lott’s body was found approximately a quarter-mile away near railroad tracks.
Police reported that the two men were acquaintances and had been living together.
