ENDICOTT, NY — On October 22, 2024, the Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force executed a search warrant at 1703 Watson Blvd. Apt 1 in the Village of Endicott.


The target of the search warrant was Jahmeek M. Bey Jones,age 25 of Endicott, NY, who was detained in the City of Binghamton before the search warrant was executed at the residence. During the search, the following items of evidence were located:

  • 2.8 grams of multi-colored pills that tested positive for
    Methamphetamine
  • 2 grams of Cocaine
  • Scale, packaging and cutting agent used for the distribution of
    narcotics
  • A loaded Sig Sauer, 9mm, P365 semi-automatic handgun with a high-capacity magazine. The handgun was reported Stolen out of Williamsport, PA
    As a result of the search warrant, Jahmeek M. Bey Jones was arrested and charged with:
  • Two Counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance
    in the 3rd Degree, Class B Felonies;
  • Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 2nd Degree, a Class C
    Felony;
  • Two Counts of Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 3rd
    Degree, Class D Delonies;
  • Tampering with Physical Evidence in the 2nd Degree, a Class E
    Felony;
  • Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the 4th Degree, a Class E Felony; and
  • Three Counts of Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia in the
    2nd Degree, Class A Misdemeanors.

  • Bey Jones was transported Central Arraignment Part Court and remanded to the Broome County Correctional Facility.

  • The Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force was assisted by members of the Broome County Sheriff’s Strategic Response Group.

  • Davi-Beth Aleba, 45: Charged with Criminal Trespass (Violation) in Town of Triangle.
  • Mark A. Baxter, Jr., 42 (Windsor, NY): Charged with Unlawful Fleeing a Police Officer (3rd Degree, Class A Misdemeanor) and multiple traffic violations in Town of Windsor.
  • Edward W. Burrell, 25 (Binghamton, NY): Charged with Reckless Endangerment (1st Degree, Class D Felony), Unlawful Fleeing a Police Officer (3rd Degree, Class A Misdemeanor), and numerous traffic violations after a pursuit in Binghamton and Dickinson.
  • Kalianne M. Chase, 26 (Endicott, NY): Charged with Petit Larceny (Class A Misdemeanor) in Town of Chenango.
  • Sarah A. Criddle, 45 (Binghamton, NY): Charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance (7th Degree, Class A Misdemeanor) during a traffic stop in Binghamton.
  • Lance E. Howe, Sr., 30: Charged with Petit Larceny (Class A Misdemeanor) in Town of Union.
  • Daniel W. Lupold, 33 (Binghamton, NY): Charged with Reckless Endangerment (1st Degree, Class D Felony), Criminal Possession of Stolen Property (3rd Degree, Class D Felony), Unlawful Fleeing a Police Officer (3rd Degree, Class A Misdemeanor), and multiple traffic violations following a pursuit in Town of Kirkwood.
  • Adam E. Murphy, 36: Charged with Obstruction of Governmental Administration (2nd Degree, Class A Misdemeanor) in Town of Dickinson.
  • Darrious L. Ortiz, 21 (Binghamton, NY): Charged with Reckless Endangerment (1st Degree, Class D Felony), Unlawful Fleeing a Police Officer (3rd Degree, Class A Misdemeanor), and numerous traffic violations following a pursuit in Binghamton.

Wayne County Police Arrest 19-Year-Old for Burglary

Suspect: Owen Perry, 19

Allegations:

  • Broke into neighbor’s home in Arcadia
  • Stole a handgun and various items, including jewelry, in August

Recovered: Some stolen property, including the handgun, by sheriff’s detectives.

  • Criminal Possession of a Firearm
  • Two counts of Grand Larceny

Current Status: Released on appearance tickets after CAP arraignment.
