His love for food began in elementary school. Meanwhile, breakfast meals were the first foods he learned to prepare. He learned plenty from a family of cooks, including his great-grandmother, whose macaroni and cheese earned high praise. In 2018, he launched a hot dog cart; three years later, The Breakfast Box followed. The two jobs marked his entry into the restaurant industry. For menu inspiration, Williamson, 36, watches cooking shows, and even “The Bear,” a comedy-drama on Hulu. He also utilizes social media and customer feedback. When the husband and father of five isn’t preparing breakfast menu items, he’s working his second-shift job at a local post office. How to buy: The Breakfast Box is open Tuesdays through Fridays from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. and Saturdays and Sundays from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. (closed on Mondays).
